Why won't my order go through?
There are a number of reasons we might be having trouble processing your payment.
You'll want to make sure that all of your address details match the ones your credit card company has on file; sometimes, if your postal code or your address is incorrect, the payment won't go through.
Customers outside of the United States sometimes have trouble with their banks not allowing international payments. If you’re sure you have the funds, you might need to contact your bank and ask them to give you access to international payments and then try buying the program again.
Some European credit cards that require special PINs won't work with our system, and neither will Visa gift cards.
