I'm having video playback/audio issues.
There are a few steps to take to help get this technical issue resolved.
- Try using Google Chrome to log in to your Members Area. (We find that Google Chrome tends to be the browser that works best, while Internet Explorer often has the most trouble.)
- You might need to update your browser and/or your video plugins to help the embedded videos run smoothly.
- You might also need to clear your cache. To do so:
- If you're using Chrome, click on Chrome in the menu and choose Clear browsing data.
- If you're using a different browser, click here to find instructions for clearing your cache.
- Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
