Your username is the email address you used to create your account when you purchased your program(s).
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset your password. You will receive a password reset email within 10 minutes with further instructions. (Please be patient. Hitting the reset button multiple times while the system is processing may lock you out entirely.) If you don't see the reset email in your inbox, check your spam folder.
If your reset email isn't there, try clearing your browser cache, or hopping onto a different browser altogether.
